摘    要
马克思主义哲学与实用主义哲学是对我国影响较大的两种现代西方哲学。五四新文化运动前夕，实用主义与马克思主义作为重要的现当代西方哲学思潮相继被引入中国。
马克思主义哲学与实用主义哲学是怎么本土化的呢。二者在中国不同发展时期为什么会有不同待遇呢。
今天我们应怎样正确取舍这两种哲学思想呢。本文将在总结近年来学者研究成果的基础上回答这些问题，理清中国马克思主义哲学与实用主义发展的新需要和研究的新动向，为进一步研究提供经验。

ABSTRACT
Marx"s philosophy and the philosophy of pragmatism are two kinds of modern western philosophy, which has great influence on our the eve of the May 4th New Cultural Movement, pragmatism and Marxism as an important contemporary western philosophy was introduced into China in succession. How were the localization of Marx"s philosophy and the philosophy of pragmatism?Why they were treatmented in different way in different period of the development of China?Today, we should be how to choose the proper choice of these two kinds of philosophy? This article will answer these questions summarizing research achievements in recent years, based on the sort of new needs and new trends in research of Chinese Marxist philosophy and pragmatism development, provide experience for further study.
