I am interested in the field of study of Organizational Behavior. In thepast，I have had the experience of working in settings where the people and thecorporate cultures of the companies were all different. I have found that thereis a great difference in the both the behaviors of people and of theirorganizations，depending on whether they are state-owned enterprises (SOEs)，large multinational firms，or small to medium sized foreign enterprises. Onesimple example is that of the ability of an employee to act independentlywithout direct instructions from his or her boss. In many Chinese organizations，acting without direct instructions is considered a form of disrespect towardsthe supervisor，who is generally offended by such behavior. In my experience andresearch，such organizations tend to have low operating efficiency with theemployees losing their innate ability to take the initiative.

出国留学一年费用大概多少钱
一、出国留学前的费用
考试费用：出国前首先要准备托福或雅思考试，雅思考试费用1750元。不需要面试的托福也将和雅思考试形式一致。
院校申请：国外相当多的大学需要收申请人的院校申请费，收了这笔钱后，大学才会对申请人的材料进行评审和评估。因为需要耗费它的人力，这笔钱多少不等，平均下来每所也有100美元左右。
邮寄费：把材料邮寄到学校还要花邮寄费，每份特快专递费200元，仅5个专递费就是1000元。
二、中期费用
保险费：拿到签证以后，往往需要买保险。各国保险不一样，如英国的保险和学费打包，不需要额外买。美国、澳大利亚、加拿大则需要先交保险费，健康、医疗等加起来差不多在400-500美元之间/年。
生活必用品：常备药品、学习用品、厨具如电饭煲之类需20***元左右;行李不能超重，否则还要加收费用。
三、国外费用
学费：发达国家英、美、澳、加的学费平均一年8万元;生活费至少也应该是8万元/年，基本上生活费和学费是一半一半，合计每年16万元。学费中有的大学含教材，有的不含，如果要额外追加教材费的话，估计4000元人民币都不多。
学校宿舍：大约为每学期20***-7500美金。因为国外大多数学校的宿舍都配有电子监控系统及专业的保安人员，就安全性来说，学校公寓无疑是选择，但对自由的限制会高。此外，部分学校会要求学生住在学习宿舍，至少一年，具体要求可去学校查询。
出国留学出入境流程解读
1、登机手续
从机场显示屏上查看自己的航班柜台号，找到相应的办理柜台，将机票、护照(含有效签证)、身份证交给机场值机人员即可。办理完登机手续后，值机人员会将机票的旅客联、登机牌、行李票，护照，身份证退回给你。
2、行李托运
留学生大多都有很多的行李，在办理登记手续的同时，就可以办理托运手续。结束后，会给你一张行李票。但是，随机托运行李的重量和尺寸都有限制，根据航空公司不同，所规定的免费托运重量限制也有所不同。
3、过安检
到达安检通道后，通道口会有安检柜台，将机票的旅客联、登机牌、身份证交给安检员，安检员审核没问题会在登机牌上面盖章。然后过安检门，随身带的物品要从安检门旁的X光安检机过去(不能携带的物品)，学生自己要从安检门通过。安检没问题的话就可进候机厅候机。
4、候机时注意听广播
通过安检后，据登机牌上标明的航班查找登机口，并找到与登机口对应的候机厅，一般情况下，几号登机口就在几号候机厅候机。找到候机厅就在那里休息，等广播通知登机。记得一定要记得注意听广播。
5、登机跟着人群走
听到登机广播后，在登机口会有服务人员撕登机牌，到登机口将登机牌交服务人员，服务人员将登机牌撕一小块，其他部分交回给你(如果是学生票，可能需要出示学生签证)，持登机牌跟着人群上飞机。注意：上飞机后记得关掉手机
登机牌上标明有位置，如：5D、11C什么的，数字代表第几排，每排的座位是按A、B、C、D、E、F。排的，飞机上的座位号标在放行李的舱壁(座位上方)。找到自己的位置坐下，扣上安全带，同时注意起飞前关掉手机。在飞机上，需要填写服务员提供的入境登记卡及海关申报单。

有目标的人生才是有意义的人生，一个人若没有目标，就如同迷失了方向的船只，随波逐流，永远没有温馨的港湾。我的目标，就是求新务实地创造，以成果回报社会，以人格魅力影响世界！而我最向往的北京大学，也将成为我生活的契机。
王国维曾提到人生的三个境界，我的过去就是“昨夜西凤凋碧树，独上高楼，望尽天涯路”。因为一直都是非常优秀的学生，因此对自己的要求也很严格。记得那是小学五年级的期末测试，不知是换了考场，还是题目的角度难度不合我的口味，我一向引以为豪的数学在那次考试中只有区区80分。老师们不好严厉地批评我，毕竟我平时的专注有目共睹；父母却是非常失望地将我“软禁”起来，不能出门，不能碰电脑，甚至于“新闻联播”都成为禁忌。
我后悔自己太不认真，但是这又有什么用呢？！在被关在家的时间里，我就把那张试卷翻来覆去地看，我看错的题目，重新做它们，继续寻求更快更好的解法。这种开拓初次尝试是很累的，阿拉伯数字围成紧箍咒，向我的头上套去。 直到进入初中才逐渐意识到这就是所谓的“正确学习方法”，才了解“不认真”是过于笼统的概念。其实在不知不觉中，无论谁都会进步，譬如我并没有刻意去琢磨那些错题，而错题于我就像是甘甜的乳汁，有着汲取不尽的养分。后来当听到有人评价我认真、仔细、“肯钻”、“坐得住”时，我并没有多大的感觉。静下心进而回顾，已经在长年累月中成为习惯，岁月的流逝虽会将锋芒磨尽，但遗留下来的却是至宝。
